Leadership Development Certificate Programs*
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) is dedicated to providing high-quality leadership training for those whose career paths lead them into supervisory, management, or other leadership positions in their organizations. Whether you are an aspiring or first-time supervisor transitioning into a management role, a current manager looking to cultivate new skills for influencing your team, or a seasoned senior administrator seeking to build deeper knowledge of managing your organization, the BCA has a leadership development plan for you.
Choose the program below that best fits your leadership goals. Those who successfully complete all requirements for the indicated program will earn the BCA Supervision or Senior Leadership Certificate.
Program Participation
To earn your certification, complete the listed training requirements and document on the corresponding program form. Participants can locate completed trainings under the Credits tab of their BCA training account.
Once all requirements have been met, submit completed form via email to bca.training@state.mn.us. The BCA will confirm the requirements have been met and issue the certificate.
