Training Registration
Registering for courses with the BCA is easy! Find training using one of the two methods below:
- Search: Search based on keywords, dates, or category.
- Calendar: View trainings available by month.
Click on training titles to view course details, and then add to the Shopping Cart. Once all desired trainings are added to the cart, use the Checkout feature to finalize registration details and submit training requests.
All registrations are entered into the account of the person who will be attending. If new to BCA training, or you have changed agencies, you will create a new account from the Sign In prompt (any previous BCA training history will be moved to the new account).
If training requires a registration fee, you will be asked to select between two payment methods:
- Credit Card Payment: Pay now via Visa or MasterCard.
- Invoice: Submit payment by check, or have another person enter credit card payment.
- Minnesota state agencies who will be paying via the states SWIFT system will select the invoice option.
All registrations are manually reviewed by training staff - please allow up to two business days for us to process free, waitlist or paid registrations. Once approved, an email notification will be sent and the training will be viewable in the training account under the current schedule tab.
Waitlist Registrations
Individuals will need to register for the waitlist when a training is no longer available for registration. Notifications are sent should an opening occur, keeping in mind we are unable to predict when or if an opening will occur. Waitlist registrations are not viewable in the training account.
Agency Registrations
Those entering employee registrations on behalf of an agency are welcome to email the training main line for assistance accessing accounts or submitting payments. New training accounts will need to be created for any new employees (even if they have attended BCA training in the past) – be sure to use the employees email when creating the account.
Training Accounts
BCA Training manages one training account for each individual attending training. Should an individual need to create a new account, training history will be moved to the newest account on file. We encourage individual to keep the information in the account current to avoid access issues or missed messages. Individuals will need to log in to register for training, view or cancel upcoming approved training registrations, and/or download completion/POST certificates.
