If you created a new account and the first and last name fields are blank and/or you are unable to update the information in the account, the account has glitched during submission. The system will remove the glitched account from our system after 24 hours. At that time, you may attempt to create the account again (do not use Internet Explorer, or you will continue to experience issues). If you experienced an issue submitting a credit card payment while using Internet Explorer, please try again using Chrome.

Training has received increased reports of registration emails going to junk folders. To remedy this, we have updated our email server. Emails from EventsAIR (no-reply@eventsairmail.com) are from the BCA Training registration system and should not be deleted.
System emails are automated when new registrations are entered. If you are not receiving your registration invoice/receipt emails after submitting new registrations (it can take up to five minutes for invoices to generate), please check your junk folders.

The mask mandate has been lifted for training attendees. Masks are now optional to wear in the BCA building.
